1 cup yam boiled, mashed and cold
4 eggs

1 cup of sugar
1 vanilla cap

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
FLAN SAUCE
1 can of coconut milk
½ cup sugar
2 egg yolks

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. In a hot pan melt the sugar and let it caramelize, then place the caramel in the mold, and the flan mixture, place the mold on a tray with water and bake for about 1¼ hour.
SAUCE
In a saucepan heat the milk, sugar and vanilla, then place the yolks in a container and pour the hot milk over the yolks while stirring constantly with a hand whisk, return the mixture to the saucepan and over medium low heat with a wooden spoon stir until thicken and reach nape consistency.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
