420gr flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons milk powder
1 and ½ tablespoon butter
Eddoe in small cubes 120gr
Eddoe cooking water 160ml
Salt 1 and ½ tablespoon[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Preparation:
For the smoked Eddoe:
Clean and Peel the eddoe. Cut it into cubes.
In a saucepan place the eddoe cubes, cover with 300cm3 of water, bring to the fire until it boils, turn off the heat and let cool.
Strain and reserve the liquid.
Place the Eddoe in a blender and mix until you get a grainy consistency.
For the Bread:
Place baking powder, flour, powdered milk, butter and cooked Eddoe in a mold, 160cml of Eddoe cooking water, and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Presentation:
